All Tracking information is provided by the carrier directly. Once the item ships a tracking number will be emailed or text to you (based on selection).

Canada (Excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut): Normal delivery time of approx 2-7 business days. Shipping fee calculated by Canada Post

Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut: Shipping fee calculated by Canada Post. Packing and handling fees are included.

In some cases, we may have to adjust the calculated shipping costs due to overweight products and shipping destinations with higher shipping rates. Should this occur, we will inform you before you pay for the order.

If your shipment has not arrived after 10 business days, please contact our Customer Service Department. Shipping delays may occur over observed holidays.

We carry a large inventory of materials at our Milton warehouse which enables us to package and prepare your order within 48 hours. Customers will be notified if items are not in stock and are on back-order and not charged on back-ordered items, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Our rates are based on weight-based rates that we receive through Canada Post. We may however have alternate Carriers we could contact to get you a lower shipping cost. If you find the shipping rate to be too high, be sure to Contact Us and we will try to arrange an alternate if available.

Furniture Items Usually Ship By Freight And Will Not Be Quoted For Shipping Using Our Online System. We Will Contact You With A Shipping Quote Prior To Processing Your Order. For Furniture Orders In The GTA (Greater Toronto Area) Usually A Flat Fee (Truck Charge) Of $60 Applies Regardless Of The Number Of Items Ordered.
